I love Maura Lucille and Brigid Adele as sisters! They fit perfectly.

I knew a huge Irish family growing up and one of the girls was named Molly. I think it's cute fun and spunky..sort of like Lucy which you already like. Plus it is different enought from Maura and goes great with a Mc name. Good luck and congrats!

I just wanted to point out that Maura and Molly are both forms of Mary.

When naming Maura, Moira or Molly were the only other names we were considering. They all mean Mary. We definitely love the name, but we're not keen on giving our daughters escentially the same name. My MIL thinks it's a great idea, though!

If anyone's willing to indulge me here...

What names would you pick for us if instead of Patrick, baby #3 was another girl? (I have a really strong feeling this could happen. DH's uncle has 5 girls, 0 boys.) Should we choose a not-so-Irish name for baby girl #2 to keep options open for the possibility of a baby girl #3?

    These are our possible sibsets:

Maura Lucille & Patrick Donley (my maiden name; it's a family tradition) (If the next baby is a boy, I think we'll be done.)
Maura Lucille, _____ (baby girl #2) & Patrick Donley
    or
    Maura Lucille, _____ (baby girl #2) & _____ (baby girl #3)
