    Oh, they're both nice! I prefer Mary Clementine because I ADORE both of those names separately. Maybe you could compromise with Mary Caroline?

    Mary!! I think Mary goes so nicely with Theodore and Philip, and I love Maisie with Teddy and Pip. Caroline Blythe is pretty but Caro lacks the quirky, old fashioned charm your other nicknames have. I like Mary Clementine very much, but Mary Caroline would be a nice compromise (unless you'd rather save one combo for a potential second daughter)

    I also find Mary kind of refreshing, it's definitely classic but not as commonly used these days, much like Philip...Caroline is classic but also seems very popular right now.
