    Another for Sean. I can understand Anglicizing a name if it is super Irish, but most people know how to pronounce the Irish 'sea'.

    I like Sean. It looks less awkward than Shawn or Shaun, even if it isn't phonetic in American English.

    Shaun is my brother's name. I like this spelling the best.

    If asked to spell this name, my natural inclination would be Sean (fiance's name!), then Shaun, and lastly Shawn, although I don't really like the last spelling variation

    Sean is my favorite. Shaun and Shawn don't look nearly as nice on paper as Sean.
