Do you love the name Rose? Does it have a special meaning or history for you? If so, use it. If you think 'oh I guess this sounds ok with Sabrina' then that's when it becomes a filler and should be avoided
My first daughter will have Rose as her middle name because it's a family tradition going back five generations and I'd like to keep it up.

I love Rose as a first name. As beautiful as it is, the massive use of it as a middle has kind of ruined it for me as a middle name, but it's absolutely lovely as a first.Exporting beautiful old Danish names, exotic Greenlandic names and Greenlandic sibling names.
