Oh, what a lovely list! From your list I love Aphrodite Illyria Rose. I immediately saw these as sea foam and birdsong, etc. I adore Delphine!

Aphrodite Illyria Rosen is gorgeous! Absolutely stunning. Aphrodite Illyria Laurel is also super pretty.

I love, love Delphine, it's such a refreshing name. I also thought of Thalassa and Melantha, but those might be a little too long for being one of two middle names

I think with both Aphrodite and Illyria in the mix, the third name should be a) familiar and perhaps linked to Roo's family; 2) ideally, 2-syllables-max with lots of consonant sounds. Absolutely, I think, nothing ending with -a or -ie (especially -ie).

    That leaves:

    Laurel
    Celeste
    Clemence
Rosen [very much a surname to my ears]
    Charis / Carys
    Willow
    Cecile
    Delphine
    Estelle
    Felice
    Florence
    Idunn
    Helen/Helene/Elaine
    Lettice
    Selene
    Sybil

If Illyria isn't set in stone (as lovely as it is, and I've been rooting for it since the beginnng), some other 3-syllable -a names:

    Nerissa
    Tabitha
    Cressida
    Letitia
    Miranda
    Vanessa
    Viola
    Polina

I actually think my favorite, in that it hits all the sweet spots, is Aphrodite Illyria Lettice. The meter & flow are great; Lettice is a family name, a Roman name, has a great meaning ('joyful, happy'), and can work as a saint's name for the christening; it's much more familiar than the other two but contains the same rollicking, free, happy vibe.
