I say emma-leen, and I prefer the Emmeline spelling. Emeline feels unbalanced, like it's missing something, but its novelty I do find intriguing. I think Emeline might be more commonly used in France (I see it more associated with the French, anyway). I feel like I should opt for Emeline, since that's the spelling in my family tree, but I like the look of Emmeline so much more.Lise
