    How to pronounce Emmeline?

This may seem like a dumb question but yeah, how do you pronounce Emmeline? I've always thought the -line was pronounced like the leen in Kathleen, but now I realize that the -line might be pronounced like Madeline.

I have always said it the way you did - Emma-leen. But I'm guessing it could go a few different ways depending on the person and their personal taste! Emma-lyn, Emma-line, etc. also possible.

    I say emma-leen. I've heard emma-line and emma-lyn, though, too.
