    I actually like the two "us" sounds together -- Caius Marcellus or Marcellus Caius. Sounds very Roman. But I can see where it might be too much for a modern child. I voted for Caius Marcel because I love the nickname Cai!

    I prefer Caius Marcel. It's a handsome combo! I also think a two-syllable first name sounds best with your three-syllable surname.

    I like Caius Marcel better. Marcellus is a bit much for me, and I think Caius Marcel flows better.

    I prefer Caius Marcel. Marcellus makes me think of Pulp Fiction (brilliant film, but I'm not sure I'd name my son after Marcellus Wallace).
