    Basically all -son names. (Addison, Madison, etc). Though it really depends on how you feel about -son names on girls.

    Also Sonja/Sonya, Sonatina, Sonata, and Sonoma

    Thanks, guys! These are all great suggestions. I considered Sunniva (and I love Scandinavian names) but I don't like how it sounds with the accent where we live...it sort of comes out "son of a...". Which is very unfortunate! Maybe we could use it as a middle name...
