Thread: Which spelling?

  1. #1

    Which spelling?

I really like then name Cael because it honors my dads name, Karl. I am not sure how to spell it though. Cael? Cale? Kale?

What names can you see with it? I really like Lilac and Meadow for a girl. Easton and Gabriel for a boy.
Names I love for my future children:
Girls: Maisy, Nora, Josephine, Lydia, Marian, Clementine, Amelia, Scout, Naomi, Darcy, Sage, Blair
Boys:Gabriel/Gable, Kale, Easton, Jasper, Carlisle, Joseph, Jameson, Grant, Bennett, Asher

I like the spelling Cael the best

Lilac and Cael go nicely together.

I'm having a hard time flowing the Easton or Gabriel with it. But I think Easton goes the best.

I like Cael the best, followed by Cale. I don't like Kale at all because it reminds me of the vegetable.

    Cael is the best.
My overall favorite Carl/Karl variation is the Spanish Carlos. Caleb could work too.

I, too, like the Cael, spelling.

When you say, "which names can you see with it," do you mean as a full name or as a sibset?

    Going from you signature list...

    As a sib-set (b. & b.), I like: Gable & Cael or Enoch & Cael..
As a full name, I like: Jasper Cael or perhaps, Cael Jasper.

I do not find Cael, very feminine, but if you were going to use it as a middle name, I like: Lydia Cael, Josephine Cael, Amelia Cael, & Nora Cael.
    As a sib-group (b. & g.) I like: Lilac & Cael or Winter & Cael.

Personally, I do not find that Cael, flows well with Gabriel or Easton.
