Leni works on it own; however, if you want a fuller name, there's plenty of options.

    Briallen
    Elena
Eleni (looks like a nickname but is a given name in Greece)
    Evalena
    Gwendolen
    Helena / Helene
    Ilena
    Lenora
    Maddalena
    Magdalena /Magdalene
    Marlena / Marlene
    Milena
    Solene / Solenne

    Very creative suggestions! Thank you!
I love Eleni! Also considering Adelina & Milena.
I should note that we were avoiding Lenore/Eleanor as our last name has a similar "ore" sound in the middle and it felt too awkward.

These are all awesome suggestions. I would have suggested Elena, Helena, Ilena and Milena.

I know a Selena nn Leni. I think its a great name and could stand on its own though. Doesn't Heidi Klum have a Leni? I don't think that's short for anything. I also love Eleni and Milena.
