I like Stellan (it's growing on me). However, I've known a few female Breccans and no male Breccans... so it's come to feel more feminine to me.

Mmm, I love Stellan. It's one of my top boy names so far. I am not so keen on Breccan but I think both are quite fitting and not too close.

Stellen and Breccan are both usable. I offer Breccan. To me, their sound fits right in with Declan. Although if you go with Declan as a first name, then Breccan is better used as mn for a sibling.
I like simple yet versatile names that work well for the athlete, the comic, the genius, and the judge.
