I like Hadley and Elowen best on your list. Elowen might be too close to Rowan though. Here are some suggestions, sorry if I'm repeating any:

I really like Paisley, actually! I'm a sucker for unisex names, which I know aren't hugely popular on this site, but I think it fits in best with your kids names. BTW I love the "Name Day" idea, so cute!
Anyways, I don't think you want another -en/-on ending name. So here are my suggestions:
