Rufus is quite British but I don't think it's "too" British - then again name origin is not a biggie for me. Jasper doesn't sound British at all to my ears.
Two small people, Mila Arden and Cato Bennett.

If I had a baby tomorrow...
    Atlas Adair or Lyra Sylvie

Love them all. Jasper Rhys or Jasper Flynn is on my own list, but I do see it rising in popularity quickly. I think Rufus Graham is very handsome and would be more distinctive.

I love your choices! Go with what you like, don't worry about others asking if you're British. I get it all the time. I have an Alexander and Anastasia- my name is Tonya, and sooo many people ask if we have Russian heritage. Nope, just like the names!
