What do you think of these names?

I have some "uncommon" names that I love. I would never use them as first names, but I like them as middles. Also, what are some first names that would go with both my "naming style" and the names below. Thanks!

    Paisley
    Kaybrie/Kybrie
    Tenley

    Kaythan

    Boys
    Madden/Maddox
    Atley
    Asher
    Kathan
    Griffin

From your lists I like Gemma, Gianna, and Griffin. Not a fan of Ainsley, Asher or Jude. The rest (with the exception of Maddox, which I am neutral on) sound too made up.

I like Gemma, Asher and Jude. The others sort of hurt my eyes- sorry.

Paisley - sounds like parsley so
Kaybrie/Kybrie - these give me the impression you just made them up
Tenley - I actually like this, it sounds cute without being too cutesy
Kambrie and Kahnlie - Really don't like them
Gemma - Beautiful! I love it
Gianna - It gives me an italian vibe and I really like it
Ryella, Ainsley and Kaythan -Don't like them at all
Madden/Maddox - I really like Maddox but I can't think of any middle names to pair it up with
    Atley - Don't like it
Asher - Love it! Just like Ashton
    Kathan - I don't even know how I'd pronounce this (kay-than) or (kah-than)
Griffin - It makes me think of a dog
Jude - I love this name and I think it's go great as a middle name

My mum's name is Gianna. It's very feminine and pretty. Nn's could be Gian or Gia.
I think a lot of these names you've listed aren't at all unusual and u should consider as first names! :-)
