Please give me your opinions on these names

I am having a terrible time trying to decide on a name for our second daughter. We already have an Isabelle and I'd like to get some opinions on the names below.

    * Which one do you like best?

    * If you have the time, could you number the names from 1-8 on what your preference is?

    Thank you very much!

    Eloise
    Amelia
    Alyce
    Annelise
    Madeline
    Lilly
    Maeve
    Amber

Well, with Isabelle, and given my own preferences, I'd probably rank them:

    Madeline
    Eloise
    Amelia
    Maeve
    Lilly
    Annelise
    Amber
    Alyce

But this is kind of arbritrary. I find that these names have a very different feel--and it's up to you to decide what you want. Some are just not my style (my family would never choose Eloise or Amber) but I tried to halfway factor that out. All are nice really; it just depends what you're aiming for. Maybe you could tell us what you like about Isabelle?

What I liked about Isabelle was it was reasonably well known but not the most popular name out there. But, I also wanted something that would age well and wasn't too trendy. I think it's feminine and it can be shortened to Belle etc. I like names that are reasonably well known and acceptable but nothing super popular or alternative.

I want a similar thing this time, something that will age well and isn't over used (I know I have Amelia in there though).

    We just can't decide!!!
