I don't like Lilly, Maeve, or Amber with Isabella though I like all three on there own. Lillian would be nice with Isabella. If Lillian was an option, it would come between Eloise and Madeline for me.
I like simple yet versatile names that work well for the athlete, the comic, the genius, and the judge.

I chose the ranking as a sister to Isabelle, not necessarily my own preference. (Well, slightly my own. Amber rings a tad dated, and I'm not sure if Alyce is pronounced Alice or Elise.)

Annelise and Isabelle sound like a dream pairing, and Annelise seems to hit what you're looking for the best. Feminine, not too popular, but not kooky, and it has nickname options.

    Annelise
    Madeline
    Lilly
    Amelia
    Eloise
    Maeve
    Alyce
    Amber
    Mom to baby Leo

To go with Isabelle, I would suggest:

    1. Madeline--similar feel and trendiness level
    2. Amelia
    3. Annelise--goes well
    4. Maeve--sounds sweet with isabelle
    5. Eloise
    6. Lilly--lots of Ls with Isabelle
    7. Alyce--I prefer the spelling Elise if you pronounce it Uh-LEES and Alice if you pronounce it AL-iss
    8. Amber--feels dated

Love love love Amelia and Maeve is gorgeous. Eloise is okay, I love the similar Elodie though. Prefer Lily to Lilly and Anneliese to Annelise. Madeline is blah, but Madeleine is fine. Amber is ok, not my style, but a fine name. I dislike Alyce but Alice is beautiful, though I’m a bit tired of it.
