I love both names but I have to choose Theodore James. Alexander and Theodore are both wonderful Greek names with great meanings, history and depth. I also feel that Sebastian and Madelyn are too similar.
    All the best,
    Mischa.

I honestly think both names go with the sib-set. However I voted for Sebastian Thomas because I love both names.

*I have just read everyone's comments and I do think Sebastian and Madelyn are too similar, so now I'm thinking Theodore James*

I really like both names and they both fit great in the sibset, but Theodore wins for me because of nickname possibilities (Theo and Teddy are great!)

I think both names work really well. I feel like Theodore sounds softer than your other names, though. Sebastian fits in just a tiny bit better.
