    I think Sienna is more common, but I like Siena because of the city in Italy.
    Expecting boy #2 this summer

    I tend to prefer the double letter. Sienna from Siena. Anna from Ana.

    If Italy is special to you, go with the place name Siena.

    If you like colour names, choose Sienna.

    I prefer Sienna!
