I love Winter nn Winnie. Winter Lynn is fine but if I could mix and match I'd pick Winter Jessamine nn Winnie.... I think this is stunning!
Katherine and Jessamine do nothing for each other IMO when paired.. Both pretty names but the endings are too similar! I also really like the combos Willa Jessamine And Winter Katherine ... i think these are both gorgeous! From your list as it stands:
Winter Lynn gets my vote with Willa Mae in second place...

My favorite is Winter I've always liked that name, I'm not sure why. I prefer Winter as a middle name though, although Winnie is really cute

I really don't have a problem with any of them (I usually dislike any names i've heard over and over again) but most of your suggestions seem to be relatively individual.
Excluding Violet, although it's beautiful i've heard it so many times on Nameberry lately. I predict it'll rise in popularity incredibly over the next few years. (I even think it has top 10 potential) I wouldn't pick this one if you have concerns about popularity, although it's a lovely name.
Willa, May and Kenna are all very nice in my opinion, I have no real criticism.

I'll give you a few suggestions that may suit your taste:

    Aria
    Wren
    Marlen
    Elodie
    Kerra
    Kira
    Penna
    Delia
    Ora
    Peonie
    Avani
    Elena
    Pallas
Phaedra (Phae for short, kinda cool?)
    Kassia
    Sunniva
    Elvira
    Maeve
    Freya
    Seren
    Desiree
    Jada
    Alba
    Willow
    Mayna
    Viola
    Elka
    Sage

Winter Lynn nn Winnie - I love the name Winter! I would prefer it with a different middle name.
Katherine Jessamine nn Kit - Katherine is so popular, but the nickname Kit makes it more unusual. Kit sounds spunky and cool. Not a huge fan of Jessamine.
Willa May - Willa May is very old Southern lady to me. I like Willa, but with Katherine or Violet perhaps in the middle.
Adela - I think it's pretty; however teachers will struggle to pronounce it every year (not knowing which syllable to emphasize).
Violet - Pretty but less unique than the other names you chose.
Kenna - Not a big fan. It's much more trendy/modern than the other classic names you chose.

My faves are Winter and Kit. Congrats and best wishes!

Winter Lynn nn Winnie- Personally I prefer Winter as mn but I like this! Love the nn Winnie.
Katherine Jessamine nn Kit- have to say no because of the matchy endings.
Willa May- sweet, but sounds very soft. I kinda prefer Willa with stronger sounding mn. Willa Kate?
Adela- like. I second Adela Jessamine, btw.
Violet- So, so popular. but if you love it, go for it. Violet's so beautiful.
Kenna- rarely heard Kenna as a stand alone name (usually it's short for McKenna or something) but I think I like it.

    Ideas:
    Sienna
    Fiona
    Vivian
    Mila
    Esme
Call me Cynthia, Angie, or Luna. 22. Name nerd.

    Clemency | Clementine | Juliette | Helena | Isabelle | Annabelle | Evangeline | Seraphina | Rosalind | Violetta
    Vanessa | Audrey | Ariadne | Callista | Belphoebe | Bellatrix | Lyra | Valencia | Valentina | Laetitia | Cytherea
    Gavriel | Hermes | Flynn | James | Orion | Alexander | Caspian | Peregrine | Marius | Altair
    Callum | Cadmus | Jason | Perseus | Theseus | Oliver | Éomund | Luca | Amias

Winter Lynn nn Winnie - I like Winnie but prefer other first names to get there like Winifred or Winslow.
Katherine Jessamine nn Kit - Katherine (Kit) is nice but I do not like Jessamine, with it. Katherine May would be better.
Willa May - I love Willa but not combined with May. To me that sounds ver country.
Adela - This is okay but Not my favorite
Violet - I have met 3 girls named Violet lately. It is pretty but may become overused.
Kenna - Unless you want to honor her aunt, this is too close to Kendra.

From your list, I would go with Willa Katherine.
I like simple yet versatile names that work well for the athlete, the comic, the genius, and the judge.
