I think all three spellings are nice, though my favourite is probably Anavieve. It's a pretty name! I definitely prefer it to Genevieve.19 year old name lover with impeccable taste (◡‿◡✿)

I think I like it more pronounced Ah-na-vieve, in which case the Anavieve spelling makes more sense. If you want it pronounced An-na-vieve then Annavieve or Annevieve would be a more intuitive way to spell it.
I don't instantly love it, but I think it's one that would slowly grow on people, if that makes sense.
