Amelia Mae wins it for me.
Ellie Clementine is a bit close to Izzie Caroline, and Ellie Ruth is a touch close to Isla Rose as well. I don't know who Ellie Mae Clampet is at all, though maybe it's a cultural thing as I'm British. But unless you're planning on calling her Ellie Mae rather than Ellie, and your surname sounds like Clampet, which beginning Mur- I doubt, then I don't see it being a problem. I actually think Ellie Mae would fit in really well with your sibset - assuming Izzie is just Izzie rather than Isabel/la - and while Ellie isn't one of my favourite names/nicknames, it does work well with Izzie and Isla.

I much prefer Amelia, but I think stylistically the more cutesy Ellie works better with Izzie and Isla. Then again, I feel like Ellie's a bit too matchy with Izzie and Isla, so I'll go with what I love--Amelia Mae! It's a lovely name, and I sort of love the association to the children's bookThe Trouble with May Amelia.
ETA: Also, have you thought of using Amelia nn Ellie?
