    I think Leah looks much nicer and has a softer feel.

    I know girls / women named Leah and Leya, but I don't know any real Leia's.

    My daughter is Leah pronounced lay-ah, and we've never had any problems.

    Completely depends on the pronunciation you prefer. As Augusta_Lee said, if you prefer LAY-uh, go with Leia, but if you want LEE-uh, Leah is the way to go.

    I think both spellings are nice.

    I prefer Leia and the pronuncation lay-uh, but I think Leah works the best with your sibset. I also like Lèa, which is also pronounced as lay-uh.

    I prefer Leah myself. Leia is just too Star Wars for me.
