Silas vs Cyrus
I love both of these names, and one or both have always found their way back on my list. But obviously, we couldn't use both. I need your help eliminating one.
1. Which name is more appealing to you and why?
2. What vibes do you get from each name?
3. Which one works with sister Rowan better?
Thanks Berries. My cherished daughter, Rowan Jane. ~b. 10/2011~

I like Cyrus MUCH better... it's manly, and has an awesome historical namesake (if you haven't read about how amazing Cyrus was, now is a good time). Silas seems a bit girly to me (funny that aillidh thinks Cyrus is country, as I think of Silas as being much more country)... however, it does fit better with Rowan on a girl... So, I'd choose Cyrus, but we have very different styles, I think. Silas might fit your style better.INTP Anthropologist Living in the centre of China, married to a Persian, and just enjoying a completely unpredictable life
