Off of your list I would name twin girls Emma and Kennedy.

    Names I would cross off:
    Chase
    Maxwell (too celeb)
    Kailie
    Kaila
    Britton (too harsh)

    Other suggestions:
    Ava
    Harlow
    Brooke
    Lilly
    Layla
    Lola
    Milena

    Congrats!
    My thoughts on these names:
Kaia - I really dislike the name 'Kay' inspired names, I find Kaia really harsh and sounds like a name of a car.
Emilie - She sounds pretty but I dislike this spelling I prefer Emily. Emily is a classic and even though over-used could work brilliantly with something like Rowan.
Brooks - I think Brooks would be a great boys name but not for a girl.
Karin - I like Karen/Karin but prefer Karen visually. I think Karen is a lovely simple choice that would be intriguing.
    Logan - A boys name.
Arielle - She's used commonly in Israel, yet I prefer Ariel for a boy. I find Arielle slightly stereotyped as trashy nowadays.
Avia - I prefer either Aviva or Ava but I'm not keen on Avia.
Monroe - Love the Marilyn Monroe association but I think I do prefer Monroe in the middle name slot with a strong classic like Elizabeth.
Kaila - Lovely name, really intriguing and sweet. But I hate this spelling why not use Calla? The original and far prettier.
Chase - I love the name Chase, and even though I do prefer Chase for a boy I think the name does work nicely for a girl as well.
Maxwell - Why are you naming your son Maxwell? It's awful!!
    Ronan - Feels really masculine
Rowan - A masculine name but I think Rowan does work for a girl due to the fact the name has a softer feel.
Wren - A lovely, vibrant choice. I think Wren is gorgeous.
Averie - Prefer Avery spelling wise, but I find the name slightly over-used.
Kailie - If this name is pronounced as Callie than it's gorgeous and please use this spelling if it's Kailey/Kaylee than the name is gross.
Emma - Ah this name is gorgeous, even Emma is over-used similarly with Emily I find this name really sweet and lovely.
Kennedy - Ah I'm really not keen on Kennedy. I find the name unattractive.
Brooklyn - Ah hate this place name!!!
Britton - I really dislike, feels like a brand name.
    Rian - unattractive

From these names I would use for your twins:
    Calla Rowan & Emma Chase

    Suggestions:
    Evelyn
    Reese
    Caitlin
    Lena
    Rosalind
    Juno
    April

Sorry for the negativity their just not really my type of names

From your list, my favourites are Wren and Rowan (but obviously not together). Monroe and Avia are also nice.

If I had to make some pairs with your list:
    Wren Emilie & Avia Rowan
    Avia Rowan & Emma Wren
    Emma Rowan & Kennedy Avia

What about Marlow(e), Lila, Zoe, or Harlow(e)?

I would definitely choose Emilie and Arielle- They seem the most classic names and seem to go very well together! I like Avia, Monroe, Rowan, and Wren as middle names.
    Lily - Eliza - Isabelle - Rose - Margaret - Coraline - Emilia - Hazel
    Oliver - Simon - Jasper - Theodore - Henry - Leopold - Ezra - Jack
