From the list, I'd name my daughter Cosima Apolline, but I don't think that goes all that well with Antoine's name. (Not that it clashes, but other names on your list would be a more sensible sibset). Myriam is a gorgeous name, but I am hoping you'll use something a bit more daring.

Nice tuning. Kyrielle is much less cerealish with the K, though I understand your fear. Ks can be so aggressive! Claire, Helene, and Justine are all seriously beautiful and sharp as can be. Good additions. It's probably good that the list feels incomplete right now. Maybe it's better that you're not too attached to any one name yet before you know the gender.
I love the connection of Cosima to the work you're doing, and I love the connection to St Raphael, patron saint of doctors. There's the Renaissance connection too, between those two names (Raffaelo Sanzio and Cosimo de Medici.)
