    I would go with Elizabeth. I love the name on its own, but there are also so many lovely nicknames for it.

    I like all three but would probably use Josephine. I have know many, many Elizabeth's and Catherine's and only One Josephine.
    I like simple yet versatile names that work well for the athlete, the comic, the genius, and the judge.

    I'd pick Catherine, because I simply love this name. The sound, meaning, nn, everything.. Josephine would be my second choice. Not that I dislike Elizabeth, but I found it the most overused. Plus I dislike Eliza and Betty.
