There were 18 girls named Zamzam last year.

I'm scrolling through the very, very bottom of this list, and I am seeing some truly horrendous misspellings and over-the-top word names. And then comes Zamzam. Someone please tell me that's an ethnic name.

I'm not sure how accurate the site is but Zamzam is apparently the name of a spring in Arabia.

Here's what it says about the name for a boy: Abu-Zamzam was the name of Al-Madini, a man of an early Islam, about him amusing enecdotes were told.

Wow! For some strange reason I thought Fable would be more popular! Thanks for that!

Thank you! Most of my faves never make the top 1000. It's nice to see that I'm not alone in loving them

    Boys
Shea: 127 (and 170 girls, boooo!)
Ashley: 16 (4678 girls, gag! And there were also 35 girl Nashley's and 9 girl Dashley's, triple gag!)
Shiah: 7 (and only 5 girls!)
    Zephyr: 60
    Zealand: 20
    Bryn: 17
    Abbott: 37
    Draper: 5
Jody: 61 (and only 24 girls!)

    Girls
    Lotus: 69
    Tallulah: 126
    Noor: 218
    Orchid: 11
    Jasper: 25 (g)

    Unisex
    Arden: 221 (g); 76 (b)
    Greer: 51(g); 14 (b)
    Blaise: 23 (g); 222 (b)
    Adair: 23 (g); 66 (b)
    Reed: 24 (g); 812 (b)
    Sol: 80 (g) 33 (b)

So I'm not crazy for liking Blaise, Reed & Jasper for girls!
Not surprised that nobody has named their daughter Fox.
No Pallas or Ibis, which I love for both genders.
There were 6 little girls named Maui! (but I only like it for boys)

    Fox * Shea * Jade * Azure * Eden * Greer * Arden
    Lotus * Tallulah * Noor * Jasper * Blaise * Linden
