    Thank you!

I just found out the correct pronunciation is "roe-WEEE-nuh" which just ruins the name for me. I've always said "ruh-WEN-uh". Now all I can think of is some guy taking a really long leak. :/

I love the name Rowan for a girl. I too thought Rowena was pronounced Row-enna. Now that I know it is pronounced Row-ee-na I am glad I didnt humor Rowena. With that said Rowan is lovely for a girl and I think Ren would be a precious nickname.

I love Rowan. I adore nature names in general. But Rowan is unisex, and I'm not a fan of unisex names on my kids. Other people's? Fine but on mine, not so much.

Can anyone think of names that can generate the nn Ren?
