Though I know you're avoiding another "G" name, I really like Guinevere as an option (Gwen or Vera for short). Very romantic and unusual! Reminds me of the Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young song.

I think Magnolia is totally usable, and, in fact, I almost used it for my daughter, except that it was just too much of a mouthful with our last name. If your last name is easy, go for it! I also like Rosemary.
