Lily is so pretty, but yes, very popular.

I love it, but I love 2-syllable, nature-y and -y ending names in general, here are some I like:
    Lilac
    Ivy
    Hazel
    Xanthe
    Phoebe
    Opal
    Raina
    Laurel
    Zara
    Tansy
    Molly
    Luna
    Flora

    What about Romilly?
You could choose the nickname Milly or Romy.... or perhaps have a shot at the nickname Lily if you want. I mean, all the letters of Lily are there.

If you just like nature-inspired names: Daisy, Violet, Maizie, Daphne, Linden, Cora, Willow, Arbor
