It's nice to meet another Francophile here! I am currently majoring in French myself and will be studying abroad in Paris and Lyon next year. I also have thought about using A French name for a future child and IMO Anouk would work quite nicely (it's one of my personal faves as well).

I love Constanza too, really pretty name. I adore Italian names as well and don't see why you shouldn't be able to use one even if your heritage isn't Italian.

Here are some others you might like:
    Sylvie
    Vianne
    Melisande
    Marguerite
    Mireille
    Simone
    Leonie
    Cosette
    Lucienne
    Delphine
    Elodie
    Vivienne
    Amelie
    Genevieve

    Arabella
    Isabetta
    Giovanna
    Francesca
    Florencia
    Rafaela
    Anastasia
    Vittoria
