Friends 3 and 4 should not be allowed to name anything. 1 and 2 have the taste I did at 17 -- a mix of solid offbeat choices (Lucian, Eris) with unexpectedly popular classics (Violet) and unfortunate "whimsical" choices that will never actually get used (Remus, Acheron).

Matilda Sailor or Faye Matilda | Sylvie Winifred or Simon Atlas | Atlas Dov or Alice Violetta | Lucien Wilde or Lucinda Jane | Jane Lucinda or Jack Marlowe | Marlowe Charles or Roscoe Thomas | Charles ' Charlie' Wallace or Marigold 'Maggie' Wynn | Eloise Lily or Elliot Darwin | Iris Cordelia or Thea Marina | Jasper Augustus or Juniper 'June' Lovelace | Julian Felix or Judah 'Jude' Reeve

Just a grad student dreaming ahead...

Sparrow and Alexander are nice, and so is Violet... But as for the rest, not exactly my style.

I've bolded my faves from your friends' lists.

    Friend 1:
Eris Nicole - Sounds like Nicole the Heiress.
Siren Sparrow - one word per combo is my rule. This is too wordy.
Acheron Alexander - Alexander is a fine name.
Lucian - Lucian would make a great brother for Alexander.

    Friend 2:
    Violet - this is fine
    Remus - ok

Friend 3 sounds like a celebrity wannabe. Bad spellings aren't cool (Jacub and Masen) and Mason, Apple and Blue are well-known celebrity children

Friend 4 has spellings that aren't correct (Tylyr and Devynn are terrible and will only cause her girls grief all of their lives because they'll have to spell them) and Rossie and Shaine are too boyish for my comfort level. Alexis is "dated" to the Dynasty era. None of the boys names are my taste.
    All the best,
    Mischa.
