I think it's quite nice however I would never use it. I personally think it could become a contender for girls as it sounds a little feminine.

I love Winslow for both genders; I see Winslow and Win working well on a young fellow, and Winnie, Lola, and Winslow on a girl. I think it has this great artistic, nature/rustic vibe. I wouldn't pair it with all of the names of your list, but think it'd be great with Frederick, Oliver, Edmund, Flora, and Viola.
