    Out of your suggestions, Elowen or Sora. IMO, Lavender is too hippie-sounding and weak, and Seraphina is too powerful.

    None of the names you listed tbh, but if I had to choose one I'd say Elowen.

    I agree with Zara, Margot, and Enid. Other names she may be: Zoe, Nora, Gemma, Avis, Vita, Cora, Greta, Anais, Quinn & Freya.

    From your list I like Elowen best, but I don't think it fully encapsulates the person you described. What about Elisa (first name that came to mind for you) or Samara? Natasha nn Tasha also came to mind because this description sounds a lot like someone I know with this name.
