Could this work as a nickname for Cosima?

I've been crushing on the name Cosima recently and I preferably like to have some nickname options for names that have 3 syllables.

I don't like CoCo. Sima is a possibility but I was thinking of Sia? Pronounced Sea-ah. Would it work or it is a stretch?

    Thanks in advance!

    Thank you!

Wow, I love all of those suggestions! It proves that I'm not very creative in the NN department - I would have never thought of any of them! They're all fantastic, thank you!

Definitely adding it to my list now
