A vintage name list wouldn't be complete without Hazel and Mabel!

    Thanks for all the replies!

    I'm loving these:

    Elizabeth - but I can't decide on a nickname
    Eleanor
Alice - too much with an Alec
    Matilda
    Isabel
    Eliza
Harriet, Theodora & Olive - used to be 'meh' names but I'm liking them a lot more now, especially with the NNs Harri, Teddy and Olly (see? I love boy names too much!)
Ruby - really fallen for Ruby now and I have a perfect middle lined up for it
    Elsa
    Hazel
    Ellen
Kate - I love and it would be a top contender but, as much as I love our Royal Family, I think Will & Kate would be a bit much!

I like most of the others too, however a lot of the girls in my family & circle of friends have these names. But I've surprised myself by really liking a lot of these new suggestions so ta very much!

I was going to add to your list, but I see you have a thousand suggestions already! I love vintage names. Of the names you're currently liking, I really love:

Elizabeth (my favourite nn is Beth or Betty)
    Eleanor (nn Nelly)
    Matilda (nn Tilly)
    Eliza
    Harriet (nn Hattie)
    Theodora (nn Teddy)
    Olive
    Elsa
    Hazel

If I were you, I'd scratch:

Alice (gorgeous, but too much with an Alec)
    Isabel
    Ruby
    Ellen
    Kate
    Audrey - Beatrice - Clara - Daphne - Flora - Jane - Mabel - Susannah

    Arthur - Barnaby - Edward - Frederick - Henry - Rupert - Theodore - Walter
