I like Caia. I generally prefer "C" spellings to "K" spellings, but here I definitely prefer Kaia. Although they're totally different names--Kaia is a Scandinavian (I think!) form of Katherine, while Caia is a feminine form of Caius. Although either is lovely, I've always found myself attracted to Kaia for family reasons. Either meaning is lovely, though--"pure" for Kaia, and "to rejoice" for Caia.
I've always loved Kaia Elisabeth, but I love the suggestion of Caia Evelyn--I think that's lovely! Something along the lines of Caia Felicity or Caia Juniper would be lovely, too.

Not a fan. Sorry. Plus, I find it a bit hard to say.

The sound kai-uh has several different spellings and origins.
Caia is Latin and means 'to rejoice';
Kaya is a Native American name meaning 'my elder sister';
Kaia comes from several different places: it's a feminine of Kai, meaning 'sea', a Norwegian nickname for Katherine, a Greek name meaning 'earth'
Kaiya, although it looks made up and trendy, is a Japanese name meaning forgiveness.
Although visually I find Kaiya more appealing, in the US it would often be seen as a kry8tive spelling. Caia and Kaia are both pretty, and I love them both.~lucy reine~~ celestine eira ~ mary simona ~ elizabeth echo "ellie" ~ eleanor maeve "lena" ~ vivienne isla ~ celia matilda "cici" ~ catherine aiko "rin" ~ elsa verity ~~ jasper red ~ evander lachlan 'evan'~ kai nicholas ~ ezra link ~ avery thomas ~ michael satoshi "mischa" ~ finn jeremias ~ ezekiel hayden ~ alexander rowan "sacha" ~
