    I actually like Cora.

It's simple and unassuming in a Jane Bennett sort of way, yet the "core" of it has a strong deep feel like someone who would push through challenges.

The others in your list either feel a bit too soft (Mae) or too plain (Sally)
    Olivia/Livia/Livy/Liv : Thessaly/Darah/Bethel : Noelle/Eve
    Benedict/Eli: Jude/Zane: Luke/Darius : Levi/Phineas/Calvin

I like the idea of a name with x still, futuristic...
Beatrix is good, and could be called Bee or Bea, maybe Trixie (Beatrix called Trixie is actually the name of my main character in my current book, so I'm a bit reluctant with that! Plus Trixie sounds a bit spunkier and Bea a bit shyer)
Another with a softer sound is Lux, which I love. Roxana is also nice.
You could use the similar Pixie, which sounds the same but takes away the similarity from Dion. That's probably my favorite idea.

I'm not feeling incredibly profound at the moment. Check back later.

    I do really like Cora.
But I was wondering what you'd suggest for a middle name?
