Ah Dantea, I've missed these threads. It's always interesting to see what people in the "real world" are naming their children. I feel so protected and sheltered in the Nameberry world. I don't think Persephone has to worry. She will stand out in this crowd!

    I like...

    Boys

    Noah
    Caleb
    Ethan
James & Jubilee -- yeah, I agree these are a strange for twins.
    Alexander
    Baris
    Christian
    Wyatt
Chet - this is different! I don't know if I like it for a full name but it's refreshing to see it!
    Seth
    Adam
    John
    David
    Bennett
    Isaac
    Cooper
    Jude

    Girls

Lia - It's the Italian version of Leah so I think it would be pronounced "lee-ah"
    Emma
    Avery
    Azul - mn only
    Caroline
    Lila-Jean
    Fiona
    Abigail
    Hannah
    Ivy
    Cora
    All the best,
    Mischa.

    I like doing it ^_^

I would use Azul for a middle. It's very cool. I think I would use it on a boy middle though, maybe.

Thanks for the info on Lia ^_^ Do you know anything about Baris?

The hospital in my area doesn't seem to do this, but these are the most interesting popular baby names in Alaska for 2011, haha

    Boy top 10:

    Mason
    James
    William
    Liam
    Ethan
    Logan
    Wyatt
    Daniel
    Michael
    Elijah

    Girl top 10:

    Olivia
    Emma
    Isabella
    Madison
    Sophia
    Ava
    Emily
    Chloe
    Abigail
    Amelia

    Most interesting ones (to me):

    Boys:

    11, Hunter
    20, Jacob
    50, Ryder
    60, Brody
    66, Silas
    91, Avery
    101, Lincoln

Girls (A LOT of 'Alaska' names in here):

    13, Aurora
    49, Ellie
    51, Kinley
    67, Willow
    70, Destiny O_o
    85, Jade
    88, McKinley

It looks to me that the tougher boy's names ended up on top; Hunter, Mason, Wyatt. And for girl's names there were a lot of 'Alaska' names; Aurora made 13, Kinley/McKinley combined would have been 21, and Jade. It's really interesting to see the culture reflected in names like this.
I'm not feeling incredibly profound at the moment. Check back later.
