    Hmm...
Firstly loving the Elizabeth suggestion she sounds so lovely with Katherine, Robert, and James. This combination flows effortlessly. I also love the range of nicknames that go with Elizabeth like Libby, Eliza, Beth, Lizzie, Betty and Betsy. I think she works effortlessly. I also love the combination Elizabeth Mary it's just so classic. As for Ruby, yes she's a classic, but it's a popular choice in the UK and I've never really seen the attraction in it and don't see why she's so popular.
    Suggestions:
Vivienne Mary - Katherine, Robert, James, and Vivienne Mary
Charlotte Eleanor - Katherine, Robert, James, and Charlotte Eleanor
Clementine Eleanor - Katherine, Robert, James, and Clementine Eleanor
Susannah Mary - Katherine, Robert, James, and Susannah Mary
Alexandra Mary - Katherine, Robert, James, and Alexandra Mary
Imogen Eleanor - Katherine, Robert, James, and Imogen Eleanor
Lillian Mary - Katherine, Robert, James, and Lillian Mary
Adele Eleanor - Katherine, Robert, James, and Adele Eleanor
Phoebe Eleanor - Katherine, Robert, James, and Phoebe Eleanor
Genevieve Mary - Katherine, Robert, James, and Genevieve Mary

    Hope this helped x

Well, I think Katherine and Elizabeth are quintessential classics. A perfect pair! I would actually love to see Mary Elizabeth or Mary Eleanor. But either way, you can't go wrong with what you have chosen.
