    Swoon! I love Genevieve! It was my 2nd choice for my daughter, but Aniella won out this time. But if we have a girl next time... Genevieve is just so classic and like has been said before, elegant. My favorite nickname for Genevieve is Neve, which is a little different, but still adorable. Evie would come as a close second.

    One of my favorite combos is Ivy Genevieve (I have a thing for V's). I really like it. It's elegant and pretty. I'd probably use Evie or Genny.

    I like Genevieve very much. My great grandma was named Genevieve and her nickname was Ginny (she was also called Goldie). My fav nickname is Viv

    I love the name Genevieve. It is a classic, with natural elegance and substance, and it will never sound strange or artificial like some of the more popular names right now. I like the nicknames Ginny and Eve.
