I know several Ephraims/Ephrems, and it's pronounced (in English) as EFF-rum.Blade, MD

eff-RYE-eem is the Ephraim pronunciation I hear amongst Jews/Hebrew speakers, and the one I am most familiar with and know the most Ephraims actually going by it. But I've heard EFF-rum in English usage, along with EE-frem. I don't mind EFF-rum.
I have strong feelings about Ephraim (love it, btw) but none at all on Ottilie, I don't know what the correct pronunciation of it is.

Thanks everyone! Seems like the consensus is how I would naturally say the names! We're still building out list for baby #2 and definitely don't want to put something on it that Im not pronouncing correctly!!
