Livia (Livi) Kay Greyson - love love love love love. Though I'm not a big fan of 2 mn's, so I'd personally go with Livia Kay or Livia Greyson.
Emilie Noelle Krista - I really like Emily Noelle, again not big on 2 mn, though Emilie Kay Noelle would actually be pretty
Brielle Mckenna - I love Brielle! Brielle Greyson? Brielle Margaret?
Eliana Paige - okay, it's pretty
Emma Margaret - okay, but the M's run together
Mckenna Ellis - I don't like Mckenna at all
    Nathalie Brianne - meh, okay

Emilie Noelle Krista - I like Emilie. Noelle is okay. Dislike Krista.
Emma Margaret - Definitely not this combo. The 'ma' of Emma runs into the 'ma' of Margaret. That being said, they're both okay names. I prefer Gemma and Margot, though.
Mckenna Ellis - Dislike Mckenna and Ellis feels like a boy's name to me.
Brielle Mckenna - I like Brielle, but once again dislike Mckenna.
Livia (Livi) Kay Greyson - Love Livia! Kay and Greyson...not so much. Also, the repeated long 'a' sound in Kay and Greyson is also not ideal. What about just Livia Grey?
Eliana Paige - Both decent names.
Nathalie Brianne - Nathalie is nice, but Brianne brings down the appeal, imo.

I'd keep: Emilie, Margaret, Noelle, Brielle, Livia, and Nathalie and rearrange some combos.

Margaret Emma would be far more unusual and offers a host of nicknames. Either combination is lovely, however.
Thrilled to be mother to @gnes Ei1ish Madeline and Fe1icity Bridget Be@trice

If we'd had boys the list was: Godfrey, Seamus, Alexander, Michael, Felix, Peter, Ignatius & Sebastian.
