Phoenix Jaspar is fantastic. I don't like Phoenix on a girl at all!

I don't particularly like the name but I do think it's more masculine.

I know a little girl named Phoenix nn Phoenie. While I'm now aware of a little boy that lives nearby named Phoenix as well, my first association is female. What is the prevalence in your area? That would be a big factor for me. I love Jasper though!

"I can feel it. The turn of the Earth. The ground beneath our feet is spinnin' at 1,000 miles an hour and the entire planet is hurtling around the sun at 67,000 miles an hour, and I can feel it. We're fallin' through space, you and me, clinging to the skin of this tiny little world, and if we let go... That's who I am."

I have never once considered Phoenix on a boy. As an American I can understand why it would sound more masculine, but I am very much aware of the Chinese culture's belief on it. Also, the only Phoenix I have ever known is my 5 year old cousin, Ashlyn Phoenix.
