    Una - it's a Native American name meaning 'to remember', but it's from a different tribe than my family, and as far back as I can find my native ancestors had Eastern names - Rebecca and Sadie.

    My british family : Derek. I have no idea whether it was common in his time or not, it just strikes me as odd.
