    Question Blithe vs Blythe debate

We really like the name Blithe for our little girl, although we go back and forth on the spelling. I love the "y" version but it just feels....heavier. Which way do you prefer it?

As for middle names we're thinking:

    Renae (pronounced like Renee)
    Genevieve
    Abigail
Although recently I've come to favor Addison over Abigail (although that's still my husbands favorite).

Our last name is two syllabus and starts with an "N" (think common last names.)

Can anyone give us some suggestions or alternate middle names? It would be much appreciated!!

    Blythe looks correct. Blithe doesn't.
I like simple yet versatile names that work well for the athlete, the comic, the genius, and the judge.

Blithe doesn't look correct as a name. Definitely Blythe.
