    This is one of those times the "y" is preferred. Blythe, definitely.

    One of the reasons I don't much rate Blythe as a name is its similarity to the world blithe. Definitely use the y.

    Blythe by a mile! I think Bylthe Abigail and Blythe Genevieve are equally gorgeous. Blithe makes me want to pronounce it more like Bleeth as in Yasmine Bleeth but I'm not really sure why.
