Like for girls:
Bethlehem- Beth would be cute.
Gethsemane- Although this name also has a lot of sadness with it to me, as it was the place where Jesus was supposed to have bled from every pore.
Lycia - I believe pr. LI-see-uh, with a long I as in "rice"

For girls, I like...
Bethlehem - best for the middle spot
Galilee - mn only
Gethsemane - mn only
India - controversial?
Jerusalem - mn only
Nineveh - mn only. This reminds me of the modern invention of Nevaeh.
I like these names for a boy...
Nazareth - mn only. The French Nazaire is pretty cool too. Nazarine/Nazarene would be pretty for a girl.
Zion - too controversial?
One not mentioned: I like Canaan for a boy. It's pronounced "KAY-nin". I like Sela/Selah for a girl as well. All the best,
