I like Eilir, I think it's pretty and sentimental. I like Mariposa, as well as Flutura as far as butterfly names go.

I think Diane / Diana / Diantha / Kiana (Hawaiian form of Diana) would all be nice to use, especially in the middle. ( I think having a unique first name is important) - I do like Rowan, but it does have a very unisex / masculine feel. Loxley is just not attractive, I'm sorry and Everly is very trendy. What about Elodie? Elodie Eilir or maybe Elodie Diana / Dianthe would be stunning!

I also prefer Mariposa to Eilir.
I like Diane, or Diana, Deanne, Deanna, Anne, Ann, etc. My condolenses on losing your mom.
I am not fond of any your first name choices. Rowen is the best of the bunch. I prefer Rowan. Rowane spelled like that might even be a way to honor your mom.
I say keep namestorming for first names. Maybe find some more girly choices.
I think if you find a better first name, the middle name will be get easier.
    Good Luck!

Namestorming? Ha! I love it! Great term, I'm stealing that!
